Thread: Software 10.0

  1. #11
I guess that explains why the release notes for 9.4 still list it as beta. Thanks for clearing that up.

Thanks guys for the notification. I just downloaded and installed 10.0 - I am trying to upgrade from 9.2 and during the performing conversion process it fails at 88% and says to email Lutron. Anyone else have this issue?

Oops just noticed this is a HWQS thread - I'm on RR2

For those Lutron folks here, you can get the Apple iOS app approved but have it set not to release until you push a button in development. This might be the preferred way to go when releasing new app versions that require or benefit from new iOS.

I plan tomorrow to try to hook up a Connect Bridge on my home system with 10.0 and a Honeywell 9000 in one zone and HVAC kit on the other. :-)

Not remotely . Lots of times I'm on the road making changes for clients. So when I need to make a T/C change it stinks from iPhone thats all

Sorry that was a failed attempt at sarcasm.
I generally feel the same way most of the modern world does about tablets- "what's the point?"
Apps should be optimized for phones because people actually use phones.

Not everybody. I greatly prefer using a 7" Nexus 7 android tablet that has 4G LTE cellular connectivity. Likewise, various clients prefer using their similarly connected iPads.

What helps are apps optimized for the devices on which they're installed.
