To each their own, but we found user challenges on the less intuitive android devices and don't specify them for the dedicated automation devices. Not a Lutron issue.

It's a moving target, to be sure, with Android devices and features. Lots of new ones, from various companies. Some are indeed better than others. It's nice to have options.
As far as 'intuitive' goes, well, the script for Forrest Gump covered it.

Thanks for making my point. If people need to be somewhat smart to use them, then they're not intuitive.

Right, RDF spin and all that. But take it your way if that's more comforting. Not sure how well the customer would take to being considered not 'somewhat smart'.
We can agree to disagree.

Well, you're the one calling people stupid who find Android non-intuitive.
As I said, to each their own. From lots of experience, I won't spec Android solutions for non expert Android users. Too many people have had trouble and want to go back
-
No, that's your take. But, like I wrote, we can agree to disagree and not bother to discuss it further.

Next time please refrain from calling customers stupid.

My bag I didn't realize the app didn't have Dynamic Text so when I set my Font size smaller on the iPhone it all looked good. Just can't read my text messages now but I can set the outside sconces up 10%
