    Siri control of triathlon shades

I have a smart bridge pro and a pair of triathlon shades along with a bunch of lights. The shades appear in my other HomeKit apps so I know HomeKit knows about them. I have no trouble controlling the lights using Siri but I can't figure out how to control the shades. Siri keeps telling me it can't find the device.
They work fine using the Lutron or any other HomeKit app.
Anyone know how to get Siri to control the shades?

    Sirira,
What version of iOS are you running?
Did you update the iOS recently?
Is this on one iPhone, iPad, iPod, or is it happening on multiple devices?

If you are able to control the shades manually in our app, and other HomeKit apps, I would try deleting a shade from our app, and then reactivate it to the app. If you still only have manual control of the shade but not Siri control, and it shows back up in other HomeKit apps, you may want to also try contacting Apple and see if they've noticed any HomeKit issues lately.

    Brian,
it turns out tha Siri just didn't like the name. I changed the name from "shade 1" to "east window". Siri seems to be happy with that. I can now control the shade just fine.
    Thanks,

    Thanks,
Ah yes, Siri doesn't like it when you use the word "shade" in any part of the name.
