I have a problem in Lutron - Grapfik Eye Communications

i have 8 grafik eye and 1 QS Lutron gateway

here's the problem, i can control the other 7 grafik eye but the other 1 cannot respond to the touch panel
same set up for all these 8 grafik eye, i dont know what is the problem of this one, ill try to manual its working, ill try to connect and assign location via lutron and add its serial number, but when im in touch panel and control the lights, it cannot respond,.i have correct programming codes written in AMX netlinx

anybody here can help me to my problem ,??
