    Factory reset QSE-IO

    Hi everybody, I have a problem with my devices QSE-IO. I need to factory reset them. Could you help me please? Thank you

    To default a QSE-IO, quickly tap, tap, tap then hold (on fourth press) the Program button on the unit for 5 seconds. Then immediately tap, tap, tap (then release) the Program button again for 5 seconds. If done properly, the 5 CCO leds will blink in unison upon release. All button presses need to be done fairly quickly for this to work properly.

    Hi i have purchased a 2nd hand QSE-IO and it is seen as Quantum on my QS system, i tried the reset and the lights flashed. but still seen as Quantum, is there a way to fully factory reset these please

    Following the procedure above should fully factory default the QSE-IO. You could power cycle it afterwards and see if that makes a difference. If that would not help resolve it, we would suggest reaching out to hwsupport@lutron.com for further assistance. Hope this helps!
