Maestro fan/light control

We received this question from a customer, and thought others might be interested in this topic...

I hooked up my fan/light combo and when I turned the power on the top LEDs are scrolling and the bottom set stays on the bottom LED. Whats going on?

So very sorry to hear that's happening Mike, I am sure we will get it to work properly. We want to definately verify the wiring as well - if you have any questions about the instructions, we can walk through them with you to verify you are doing it correctly.
