    Flashing LED

I have a 10nxd dimmer with the top led and the 5 led flashing. The load will not turn on. Tech support said they saw nothing in the paper work for this error. Any thoughts?

If the top and fifth LED are flashing, that means that the dimmer doesn't see the load.

Try bypassing the dimmer to see if the light load comes on.
Try swapping the black and red wires of the dimmer.
Make sure the neutral wire of the dimmer is connected to the neutral wires in the wall box.

What is the minimum load? Would an Elv transformerror cause this error?

The minimum load for the PD-10NXD is 10w. I had a customer earlier that had the same issue, and the issue was resolved be adding more load to the dimmer.

Absolutely. The PD-10NXD dimmer is not compatible with ELV transformers. If you are using an ELV fixture that is most likely what's causing the problem.
