Trouble With 6NA replacing in 3-way

I had trouble putting in a 6NA and RD-RD to replace a 3-way conventional, and I wondered if anyone could help me figure out how to resolve it. There are two lamps with dimmable LEDs connected through Lutron's "receptacle for dimming". Here's a video of the flashing.

I hooked the Lutron modules up with the blue screw to the red wires and got the result you see. I thought I did it wrong and reversed the top two wires and got no power.

What did I do wrong? Thanks!

    You want wiring diagram 6.

You probably have the companion and dimmer switches reversed in location. The 6NA must be at the switch location that feeds the fixture, not at the location connected to the breaker panel. In conventional switches, there's no such thing as master/slave - both switches are identical. Not so for RRA2.

Duh, I should've put the RD-RD first. Thanks!
