Scene turns on after off press....

    Hi there,
We just installed a new Radio RA2 system. There's 1 main repeater, 1 auxiliary repeater, 20 dimmers and 8, 6 button keypads in the system.
There's a weird issue with turning certain scenes off.
The scene comes on properly but when the button to turn the scene off is pressed, the lights turn off then turn back on.
We have reset the keypad and still doesn't seem to help.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you!
    Gus

If you programmed an "all off" or "goodnight" scene into the system how does that respond. Could be many questions here.. is it a toggle scene, is it always the same lights, bulb type, etc..

I haven't tried "goodnight" or "all off".
    It's a toggle scene, it's always the same lights and it's a 12volt MR16 type fixture.

Which model dimmer is controlling it? 6D, 6NA or what?

I'd wonder if the fact that it's a 12v fixture might be the issue. Do you have a 6NA that could be swapped for it?

    I don't but I do have a 8NA switch.
You think that would tell me?

Yes, the 8NA would tell you. With MR16s it typically helps to use a neutral based device like an 6NA or 8NA.

    Got it!
I thought the 6D's range on lighting is for a bunch of different type fixtures.

The 6D does work on a wide range of incandecents and halogen fixtures but some fixtures still seem to have better performance with a neutral based dimmer/switch.
