    Impress your clients :-)

    So tomorrow you have an RA2 installation... Client paid big dollars for it... Do like this: Give them as a token of appreciation a Pico on a pedestal with an extra scene and a little personalized sticker on the back (check pictures). A minor investment on your end, but the client will be impressed. You will earn points. Remember, one happy client means ten more clients on the horizon ;-)
    In my case, I didn't tell the client about the personalized sticker on the back, they found it by themselves after a few days. Then they called me to thank me and to mention that Lutron was a fantastic brand.
    Gotta love it.

    I like to name the kids' bedrooms and the sides of the beds for the Master. They find it on the app, love it. Much better than Bedroom 1, 2, 3 or Left Reading/Right Reading.
