Disk Space USage
Kevin, I have this folder in Windows 7 located at C:\Windows\System32\%LOCALAPPDATA%\CrashDumps that is using about 20GB of disk space. Most of the files are named something similar to Lutron.Gulliver.QuantumResi.exe.4680.dmp and they use between 600 and 800 megabytes each. Can you tell me why they are there and whether it is safe to delete them?
As they are all hidden files, what is the best way to delete them?
Should these auto clear?
Version is Windows 7 X32 current service pack and patch levels. QS 9.3 however files are also older from other versions

Just Bumping this up I was hoping Lutron could explain this issue without having to call tech support.

Dear mcignarella,
These files may not have been created by the HWQS Designer software. Have you had any crashes of the software? This may be a dump file created by Windows when the HWQS Designer software has crashed. They will contain information as to why the software crashed and may contain event logs. Windows event logs can be large in size. These files are not needed by the HWQS software to run.
