One the questions we get from our customers is, “In Quantum 3.0, what do I need to do if I have just replaced one or several EcoSystem ballasts?”
If you only replaced one, just give it some time. The Quantum system will address and assign it to the proper area, usually within about an hour.
If you replaced several ballasts, you will need to go use the Ballast Replacement Wizard. Go to Q-Admin, Control and Monitoring Tab, Diagnostics, on the right hand side under “I want to”, select “replace a Ballast” and “Launch Ballast Replacement Wizard”. Follow the steps starting on page 51 of the User Guide.
