Switch not Turning Lights Off

I've just installed a Caseta DVRF-6L switch and the light does not turn off, it is low, but not off. What is the the issue? We've reset the switch.

The issue you are experiencing is mostlikely ghosting. This is an incompatibility between the dimmer and LED fixtures. The LED fixtures are reacting to the small bit of power going through the DVRF-6L in the OFF state, leading to a feint glow at the fixtures. This is not a safety concern; however, we recommend picking out a compatible LED bulb from our list here: LED Compatibility Tool | Lutron

You may also install an incandescent bulb into the circuit as this will increase the resistance of the load.
