Caseta wall mounted dimmer - lights flicker and never come on

I have three Casta PDW-6WCL-WH switches; each one separately controlling my under cabinet lights.

The LED lights are Artika CAN ICES-005-(B)/NMB-005-(B)
- Model UCLT
- 24Vdc 8w

Switch 1 has two lights daisy chained
Switch 2 has six lights daisy chained
Switch 3 has four lights daisy chained

Switch 1 and 2 work fine.

Switch 3 was working fine for the last 4-5 years, but recently every time the switch i turned on, the lights will flicker forever and never turn on. The flicker frequency is about 3-4 times per second.

Today I purchased a new PDW-6WCL switch and replaced the old switch 3 - thinking that switch 3 went bad. The problem continues.

Please advise on any other things to try.

Hello jwhegner01, welcome to the Forums! We are sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered. Does the flickering change/go away with adjusting the dim level, or no? Or does the dimmer not function at all when the lights are flickering?

We may suggest trying to further isolate the issue by checking the fixtures themselves; are you able to swap four of the working fixtures from Switch 2 with the four flickering ones from Switch 3, to see if the problem follows the fixtures or stays in that location? We hope this helps!

Some ucab lights have hi/lo/off switches built-in. Make sure they are all set to high.
