Diva Dimmer can't be controlled by keypad

I have a 4B pico in room #1, and a dimmer and 4B pico in room #2. When adding the devices to the Hub Pro, the 4B pico in room #2 automatically controls the dimmer in the same room (#2). However, when I try to assign the 4B pico buttons in room #1 to also control the dimmer in room #2, the app correctly shows the light as selected for those buttons. Then I exit programming and it saves. However, the 4B pico in room #1 doesn't control the dimmer in room #2. I go to edit the 4B pico in room #1, and it shows no devices selected for the button, and then I click on the button to edit the devices it controls, and it mysteriously shows the dimmer in room #2 selected.

Really bizarre behavior. It's like the app is out of sync with the devices, and isn't saving the controlled devices correctly for the 4B pico in room #1.

I fixed it - I forgot to remove the plastic piece from the pico wall plate. Funny that it causes the switch to not work.

    Hello Lindahl,

Thank you for keeping us updated. That piece of plastic should not have interfered with the Pico's abilities. It could have been that the system just needed some time to program. Please continue to monitor the performance of these Pico Scene Keypads. If it happens again, please submit your system support files within the Lutron app under Settings > Help > Submit Support Logs and we would be happy to investigate this further!
