Ra2 to Ra3 Issues

I upgraded a Ra2 system that had 2 main repeaters to a Ra3 system with two processors. Set everything up few days ago, and everything was good. Came back today to add a new switch. Not sure if I opened the wrong file or what but after that I lost one of the processors. After factory resetting it and getting it back activated I thought I was good. After I transferred everything I ended up with 35 failures. Most of the house works but random stuff, like random buttons on a seetouch keypad. Some work some don't, but you can control the loads by the app. One load wouldn't shut off. I had to disconnect the switch. Looking for any advice I can get to try and fix this up. Being this is Ra3, you should be able to go into Places and tap on the 3 little dots next to your name for that project and View version history. From there you should be able to grab the file that last worked before adding the switch. You can transfer that file and see if everything comes back to a functioning state. If so, add the new switch again. If not, you will probably want to grab a support file and send it to Lutron Technical support with a list of devices that are not functioning properly.
