Multiple lights flicker before coming on

I have a whole house Lutron Caseta system, with 54 devices added, all controlled using using the original Lutron hub model BDG-1.
For a few months now, a few of my lights connected using the dimmer switch PD-6WCL-WH flicker for a couple seconds before coming on. Sometimes, it won’t come on at all (and the LEDs on the switch are not lit up) till an adjacent dimmer switch is turned on.
This happens at multiple locations through out the house.
Please check this video link: https://1drv.ms/v/s!AilvGOb6oycb2voLNY7oUCCtjzSVBg
    Troubleshooting steps tried:
    1. Reset the switch by pulling the tab at the bottom, waiting 30 seconds and putting it back.
    2. Changing the bulbs to a different brand.
    3. Checked for loose wiring in the connectors behind the switch.
    4. Remove switch and re-add to account.
    5. Had a professional electrician come and check if there’s an issue with upstream wiring or circuit breaker panel.
    6. Note the proximity of the switch to the hub is not an issue. Some of them are in the same room as the hub.

The electrician informed me that it’s likely the switch has gone bad and needs to be replaced. However, I find it very unlikely that multiple switches would go bad simultaneously.

    Any suggestions?

The 6WCL is a single location dimmer. If the lights were originally controlled from 2 or more locations, some rewiring has to be done at the secondary locations.

All switches are controlling individual single locations. If they are multi-controlled, I am using the Caseta remote dimmer that doesn’t require any wiring.

    Hello prashant,

Sorry to hear about this flickering issue. Can you please confirm the model numbers of the LED bulbs that were tried in the troublesome locations?

The LEDs on the dimmer going out would indicate either a loss of power or that the dimmer can't see the load. Both of these could be caused by a second switch that needs to be replaced/modified. I'm sure you checked that but it is the most likely cause. The first time you turn the lights on after power is restored to the switch, it will flicker like that. It could also be a switch in another location causing the issue.
