Pico works in the app but not in reality

I have a pico that’s been working fine for months. Light flashes, battery seems fine. When I toggle it the attached switches turn on and off in the app but nothing happens to the lights. I tried deleting and readding but still the same problem. A second pico with a different name but same settings works as intended. Any thought?

Hello pbdorders, welcome to the Forums. We are sorry to hear about the issue you have encountered with your Pico remote application. We may suggest performing a factory reset on the Pico remote in question following the instructions in the below document; it can be found under "Un-Pairing a Pico Wireless Control."

Once this is done, if this is still not behaving properly, please try pairing the Pico to a different set of lights to see if it is successful at turning them on. If this still does not work, how far away from the hard-wired switch to which it's paired/the Caseta hub is this Pico?
