Thermostats loosing configuration and slow transfer

Every time after a program transfer some of the thermostat (HWQS Palladium integrated to Coolmaster) loosing its configuration and shows a rotating square box or initial configuration EC error. To solve the issue have to transfer again but that leads to error on another thermostat. The version of lutron processor is 15.10.0 and the Lutron designer version is 15.10.1. Will that make any issue?
Also the transfer takes 25 minutes to complete and returns with 2 shades error. However the failed shades are working normally and the diagnostics also shows green tick.
