Caseta Wireless Dimmer Switch - Not working correctly

First off, I am a rookie, but do not usually have problems with switches.

There are 4 wires in my box. [L-L-N-G]
Using PD-6WCL switch
I have 3 LED dimmable lights in my kitchen which these are attempting to control.

I connected the L-L-G, and capped off the neutral to the other neutrals.

When power is on, here are my observations:

• The switch does not turn on the lights every time, even if the lights on the switch level up to 100% on.
• The app will turn the lights on every time by selecting the device and choosing ON.
• The switch has no rhyme or reason as to when it powers on.
• The app will NOT turn the light on when a scene is activated.
• When the lights do not come on, the switch will show the lights leveling up to 100% on. [They do not turn on]

I would appreciate your thoughts!

Thanks for reaching out. It appears your wiring is excellent. It seems as if the dimmer is attempting to control the lights but they don't appear to be responding. Would you mind grabbing the model number on those LED kitchen fixtures? If these fixtures take screw base bulbs, can you try removing those LED bulbs and installing an incandescent bulb to test?
