Why is there no trailing edge Adriani?

I just want a basic dimmer that is made for LEDs, instead of the old leading edge junk. Even good bulbs can’t overcome a bad dimmer. Leviton seems to deny us the basic toggle switch style as well. A coincidence I’m sure.

Is it possible to buy an Adriani switch and also buy one of the other styles and then swap the toggle switch onto it?

Unfortunately, swapping toggle switches between different dimmer models is generally not recommended. Different models have different internal components and circuitry. A toggle switch from one model might not physically fit or function correctly in another.
