Last time, our IT team replaced all the old network switches with a Cisco 9300, and I'm facing network issues due to the network speed. The switch supports100M/1G/2.5G.
and when I checked the Lutron log file, I found the network down because the HPQ6-2 port speed was 10 Mbps.(This the default )

We did configure the switch port speed to 100 mbps but still have not solved the issue.

So my question is: I checked the datasheet and it says the processor is auto-deducting 10/100 mbps.
Is there any way to change Lutron ethernet port speed from 10BaseT to 100BaseT manually?

or I will add a small hub (10/100 speed) between them, and it will work fine.
