Installed new outdoor lights

I have two new lights installed yesterday and now neither of my two wall dimmers are working. I also accidentally deleted one dimmer and I’ve tried adding it back and I get nothing. Green lights are off on the wall dimmers.

Did they install my lights incorrectly?

Are these dimmers in a single pole or a 3-way? Do these two lights have a switch located by the fixture that can turn them off (e.g. a switch on a lamp, pullchain for the lighting load on a fan, etc.)? Are these two lights LED, incandescent, or halogen? If LED, can you please provide the model number of the fixtures? Also, what is the model number of the Caseta dimmer?

The system was here when I moved into the house month so im not super familiar with everything.

For the two wall “switches/dimmers” they are singles, and there are no other way to turn on the lights.

Caseta is L-BDG2. (I think)

Thank you for clarifying. Is there any more information you could provide on the load itself? Are the two new lighting fixtures LED? Could you please provide a model number?

My electrician just came. It was two issues I guess- one it wasn’t wired correctly and second I used non dimmable bulbs. So I’m back in business

Thanks for letting us know! If a Caseta dimmer (such as the PD-6WCL) has trouble communicating with the load (typically from a miswire, blown out bulb, or non-dimmable/incompatible LED bulbs) it will not show indicator lights/become unresponsive.
