Sunnata turns on automatically

Hi,

Can anyone help explain / remedy a Sunnata dimmer which turns on intermittent on its own?

It has recently started doing this. I have tried resetting the switch but the problem continues.

I just experienced the same think twice tonight with my Sunnata touch dimmer switch. Randomly turned lights back on twice in a 2 hour period. I am totally baffled.

Hi,

After many resets and looking at other possible issues, I eventually exchanged the dimmer with a new one and the problem was resolved immediately.

Thanks for letting me know how you resolved it. It sounds likely that I’ll ultimately have to do the same. Disappointing, as we’ve only had it installed for a couple of years.

After 3 “incidents” last night I did a reset sequence and it did not occur again last night. We will see…

Call the Lutron Helpdesk - easy to get through, very helpful and if the problem can’t be resolved they will more than likely send a replacement
