    Scrolling leds on light switches

Lightening strike last night knocked out internet service and Lutron system is unable to connect to Wi-Fi. All light switch key pads leds are scrolling and I can not control any lights. Any suggestions to get the system functioning? Wi-Fi is still down.

i spoke with Lutron tech service and they told me the system was searching for communication link (Wi-Fi still out). I did trouble shoot and determined the power supply was working and providing 24v dc to processor but lights on processor are not on. I will wait for Wi-Fi to be up and communicating before changing out the processor.
