    Question Help for Configuring/Programming Quantum

    One of the questions we get from customers calling about Quantum is how to configure various settings in Q-Vue, Q-Admin or Q-Design.
    An example would be, "Hey, I am having trouble understanding how to set up an alert in Q-Vue. Is there any help out there for this?"

    Hi all, I have one of my Quantum-Vue application that is not accepting the password (says "Incorrect password and/or user name"). But I know for sure that user name and password are correct. Is any idea why it's happening?

    What version of Quantum are you running?
    Do you have any other users that work that you could use to verify/change the password for the one user you are trying to use?

    Hi, thanks for respond.
    That is a Quantum Vue 3.4, no one else is using this app. I'm only one person who is allowed to use this software. Previously, I already had this problem, and Q-Vue directed me to "password reset" page (have NO idea how it happened), and I reset the password and successfully logged in and did what I had to do. So, next day when I came back and tried to login, access denied, it says "incorrect password and/or username".

    Thank you all, after several PC reboots and several attempts to login to Q-vue, it's brought me to "Reset Password" page again. And I was able to reset a password again and it's work well so far. Thank you all for the help.
