Confused on which dimmer to buy

I bought the Diva LED+ dimmer but cant figure out how to hook it up. I guess that installation under 15 minutes was not true for me.

If I cant use the Diva, which dimmer switch do I need. And this is a 3 way.

Hello, thanks for reaching out. It looks like the Red and White wires in this switch are the travelers for this 3-way switch location. For your Diva dimmer, you will attach the Black wire from this switch to the black wire on your Diva dimmer. You will then attach the Red wire from this switch to the Red wire of the Diva and the White wire from this switch to the Red/White-striped wire of the Diva. The Red and Red/White-striped wires on the Diva are for the traveler wires and are interchangeable in 3-way/4-way installations.
