Caseta switch ina 4-way configuration with dumb switches

I have an entryway switch I would like to replace with a Lutron PD-6ANS switch. There are 2 other locations controlling this fixture and they are plain old dumb on/off toggle switches. Is this possible, or it is necessary to replace the other locations with Picos, or something else? Thanks for any help, it is not easy to find clear info about this!

For 4-way applications, we recommend using Pico remotes (PJ2-2B-GWH-L01) and wall box adaptors (PICO-WBX-ADAPT). Please refer to the wiring diagram below for more information:
