Difficulty in logging into RadioRA2 Essentials vs Designer?

Hello,


I downloaded the RadioRA2 software package and am using my my Lutron credentials to access the software. However, the software logs me into RadioRA2 Designer (not essentials) and I cant modify my lighting configuration since there is no activate or transfer tab.


Is there anyone having this issue or have any insights into what I am doing wrong here?

I would email into support@lutron.com, clarify the email that you took the training with and they can see if the correct permissions are applied to your account.
