Home Control+ app now free?

I don't know if this has been the case for a long time now and I just didn't notice, or maybe my customers mobile devices are just deceiving me but.... Did Lutron quietly drop the $19.99 purchase price of the Lutron Home Control + mobile app on Android and iOS? Or is this a temporary promotion going on? Or am I just going out of my mind? I don't recall any announcement or anything. Regardless, if it's true, then thumbs up! When did this change happen?

The Home Control+ app was made free at CEDIA 2015. With the announcement of the Lutron Connect Bridge and Lutron Connect app the Home Control+ was changed to free.
