Is anyone else noticing that when generating a bill of materials that the report has no pricing for this device. The message is the same as when engraving is involved. I emailed customer support and they said no worries call us and we can provide, but that is not what I want. I need the report to include every device so I can turn it over to the customer and get paid. Some people are picky about this stuff:).
I replied with the comment above but was curious about others experience. This is with the newest version 24.10....

Reach out to customer support or technical support again and provide them with additional details about the problem. They may be able to provide a more comprehensive solution or workaround. In the meantime, you could manually input the pricing information for the Ra3 Exterior Dongle in the bill of materials report before presenting it to the customer. If you need an interim report for a client, you can try exporting the bill of materials to CSV or Excel format Slither io and adding prices to it yourself to hand off to the client, at least while waiting for the issue to be resolved officially.

I don't understand why this has still not been fixed. I just checked with the latest SW and still no pricing. Am I missing something, is this a complicated thing to fix?

In fact, many errors occur, so the quote will not be updated. You need to handle this thoroughly. If this situation continues, customers will definitely lose confidence.
