Smart Bridge Distance

I am designing a smart system for my house and realized that the extents of the system is just out of reach of the hub. I have a few shades that are just under 40' of the hub which is in a central location. An extender will already be used for upstairs. Does this mean I need to upgrade to RA2 Select or RA3? I am well below the 75 unit count and don't want to spend thousands more for 10' more of range. Ideas?

In addition to the dedicated Repeater (PD-REP-WH), a Plug-In Lamp Dimmer (PD-3PCL) can be added to the system and will double as a range extender! Only one PID can be used as this range extender:
