MACL-LFQ flashing indicator lights

I have the MACL-LFQ and the bottom 3 lights on the switch are flashing fast. can not get it to work. Any assistance here

Hello Jim618, welcome to the Forums. We are sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering with your device. Can you post a photo of these indicator lights giving this error? We do not recognize this as a known error blink code on this device. Also, what type of lighting (incandescent, halogen, LED) is this dimmer controlling, and what is the total wattage? And finally, what is the make and model number of both the light and the fan that the unit is controlling?
