Lutron Pj2-2B flashing red LED cannot pair wireless remote

We recently had a 36-hour power outage (of which our solar-battery kept us running for 28 of those hours). Our Lutron PJ2-2B has a flashing red LED right at the mid-point. I replaced the battery in the remote wireless device but I cannot get it to pair with the switch.

The PJ2-2B should only have a green indicator light in the upper left that illuminates upon a button press. Can you please provide the model number of the hardwired switch? Also, please try cycling the FASS tab of the hardwired Caseta switch by pulling it out for 30 seconds and reinserting.
