RRD-10D Dimmer not working

We have a RRD-10D dimmer for our porch lights. There are no LEDs working on it and the porch lights do not work. We also have a keypad that we can turn these lights on/off that does light up for these lights, but does not turn them on. Not sure if the dimmer is dead or what is going on.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should check if the keypad is properly configured and connected to the dimmer. If necessary, try reprogramming or resetting the keypad.
