VCRX Integration with Automated Fenestration RS-4

Need to control a window motor relay station via Lutron RR3 system. The RS-4 relay input takes 3 wires -- Open, Common, Close. My understanding is that the VCRX visor receiver can control gate motors, etc., so how do I connect it to this device? The output of the VCRX is 2 wires -- 1, Common. Here is a link to the RS-4:
