Leds flicker when first turned on

Hello, I have the following lights

The manufacturer said I could use the Lutron Diva dimmer: Lutron DVCL-153P.

I have 4 of these lights, the issue I am having is the the lights flicker when first turned on. After the brief instant of flicker, they stay on and dim with no issues. Anyone have any advice for me? I double checked the wago connections and everything is solid.

Hi Acerebound. I am not seeing a dimmer compatibility list on the link you provided. The spec sheet says the lights are compatible with "phase cut" dimming, however it does not specify forward or reverse phase cut. I have a feeling that these lights work better on a reverse phase dimming signal. Flicker when turning a light on has to do with the inrush current and the signal from the forward phase dimmer. Common reverse phase dimmers are the MA-PRO, DVELV-300P/303P, DVRP-253P, and ST-PRO-N. Keep in mind that reverse phase dimmers require a neutral wire connection.

I think I have neutral? I have white, black, and ground. Is the white wire neutral or would it be something else?
