Caseta switch not turning off

I have installed a caseta dimmer and the red wire still shows voltage. I understand this is common for this switch so that the switch can communicate via wireless. However, the LED light does not fully shut off due to the fact there is still voltage.

That sounds like you are probably experiencing LED ghosting. This is most commonly occurs with LED lights that we have not tested and shown compatible. We would suggest looking into our LED finder at LED Compatibility Tool | Lutron. Here you will input the dimmer model that is being used and then will be presented with a list of all of the tested and shown compatible units for that model dimmer.
