Interactive to QS upgrade with corrupt DB

Called out to large estate with existing interactive system that has failed customer multiple times recently December 2023. With RS232 & extraction utility was able to extract DB but will not open in interactive or illuminations. File corrupt. Sent DB file directly to Lutron support as per Lutron agent with no response. Attempted to open file in interactive software on Windows XP as well as Windows 10. Found 3.5” floppy in lighting panel unable to recover file from that disk as well. Short of rewriting DB in QS from scratch any recommendations?
