    Power, but no control

Thin regards a new MACL-LFQH Maestro fan & dimmer control, replacing a (4) stepped dial switch. The line has power. Wired, the fan slowly rotates (lowest setting?) but none of the lights on the switch illuminate, either on the fan control or on the light switch, and none of the buttons do anything.

I've tried holding the light switch and down button simultaneously; that does nothing as well.

    Line has 120v

Do I need to do something else? Do I have a bad unit?

    Maestro fan/light dimmer switch

I know this is an older thread you posted but did you ever find a resolution to your issue? I am having the same problem. Thanks
