RA2 Dimmer

RA2 dimmer setup in a restaurant controlled from a phone:
Have recently changed a driver and LED tape for new because of extending the tape. Now the led tape wont Dim - have used xcite driver and tape?
Any suggestions to rectify?

A couple things to check is that the new driver and tape are of the same dimming phase (forward vs reverse) and that the high end / low end trim are set to the appropriate range so the dimming values are matching with what is physically present. Finally, you would want to make sure that the total wattage of the driver and the tape light is not too high now so that you are over the maximum capacity for what that unit can handle.
