How to make shades go 10% up or down?

I was wondering what button type and settings will make shades go 10% up or down using keypad RRD-W1RLD and Sivoia QS Wireless Shades?

Ra2 cannot have an "add" or "subtract" 10% shade level functionality on the keypad. You could use the raise/lower buttons (not 100% accurate), or assign a single button as a shade toggle (up-stop-down-stop), again- not 100% accurate.

If I use raise/lower buttons at the bottom of keypad and select Button Type: Lower programmed device - it means it will go up or down only for the period of time the button is pressed? If I keep it pressed for 1 second it will go up or down for that one second and stop? Thanks for you reply!

It will only go up or down for as long as you hold the raise or lower, until you release or hit the upper or lower limit.

you could do this if you happened to have a connected control system, such as AMX or Crestron

It will only go up or down as long as you hold up or down until you go down or reach the upper or lower limit.
