I hate plug in modules.
I know dimming could be tricky for obvious reasons, but I’d be happy with just on-off control.

Welcome to the forums! We can understand the benefits of a Caseta receptacle. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, I will be happy to forward it to our Product Development team. For the time being, we recommend utilizing our PD-15OUT-BL Outdoor Plug for on/off control. This plug can handle 15 A of lighting load or 1/2 HP motor loads.
