My Samsung tablet and phone both had the Lutron app installed to control our Caseta lights via the Caseta bridge. The phone suddenly died and I replaced it with an iPhone. I installed the Lutron app on that phone and have been trying to log into my Lutron account from the app by entering my email address and the password I created when I originally set up the app. But the app says I've entered it incorrectly. I what I entered and everything is correct. But just in case the app wanted my email address & email password. I tried entering those, but that wasn't accepted either!
(By the way, when the app asks for the email address & password, it should say WHICH password! Not saying that is unnecessarily confusing. Can Lutron please update the app to include say which password it wants?)
So even though I know what my Lutron & email passwords are, I tried the "I forgot my password option". But after 30 minutes I still haven't received an email from Lutron. What do I do now?
I can still control the lights using the Samsung tablet, but I want to be able to use the iPhone too.
