Lightbulb LED Strips Ghosting with Power Off at "NON DIMMER TYPE SWITCH"

My LED strips are Ghosting with a very low glow (Only seen in complete darkness) with the use of a standard 2 pole switch. These are not tied to any dimmer switches. They are wired correctly with X3 Daisy chained together. Nothing else is on the circuit as they are wired directly off the 200 Amp Gang box.
Do You think installing the Shunt Capacitor (LUT-MLC) across the 1st LED strip will stop the glowing?
    Please advise.
    Regards,
    Gunzo

Hello, what model of Lutron switch are you using in this application?
