Lutron app takes 10 seconds to "respont"

Hi guys,

I am new to this forum and party to Lutron.
In my role as an "IT Engineer" I came across a client that has been troubleshooting an issue with Lutron for over four weeks.
His Lutron app on all devices are painfully slow to respond.
If he switches from devices to scenes it takes over 10 seconds before the App moved to the correct screen.

Please, if anybody has an idea let me know.
