Motion Detector Only

Greetings and thank you for taking time to read this.

I have an instant hot water heater with an internal recirculation pump.

It has a circuit that when low voltage is received will cause the recirc pump to activate.

I am looking for a Motion only sensor, so that when someone enters the bathroom, the recirc pump will activate, and by the time they are done with business, the hot water will be there.

Does anyone know if there is a motion only sensor, no switch?

Lutron does not offer that. Everything is tied to the 120v side.
