    Moving and need to delete account

    I have been trying to delete my Lutron account as I am moving. I’v tried numerous times and I get this message:

    Your account cannot be deleted until you unpair all the linked systems.

    My Lutron devices are the Caseta light switches and one receptacle switch. I also use Alexa and deleted these devices in the Alexa app and disabled the Lutron skill. I’ve tried deleting the individual devices within the Lutron app, but this tells me to push a button on the hub. Well, I don’t have a hub.

    So, I’m at a bit of a loss. I want these to work as regular light switches when the new owners arrive and leave it up to them whether or not they create their own account.

    Your help would be appreciated as I’m down to my last few days here. I tried reaching out through Lutron support, but it fails to go through, so I’m hoping someone here can help.

    Have you tried signing out of the account?

    You can also reset the connect bridge to factory defaults. Triple tap and hold the button. When the led flashes, triple tap again.

    No, I haven’t sogned out. I do not have a connect bridge. All I have are the Caseta switches.

    This is the HomeWorks forum. I assumed you had a HomeWorks system. No worry.

    Do you have a Caseta hub? Are you using the Caseta app? You can try resetting the hub (same sequence).

    Per my original post, I do not have a hub and I do use the Lutron app.
