Kaleidescape Stopped seeing Phantom Keypad v23.4.0.15294

Kaleidescape unit can no longer detect the Lutron RadioRA 3 Phantom Keypad. All worked fine with Lutron Designer v22.8.1.11089 after upgrading the Lutron Designer software to version v23.4.0.15294 Kaleidescape stop seeing the Phantom Keypad. Kaleidescape does see the Lutron Processor. The Phantom Key Pad is named Kaleidescape. But there is no keypad found in the Keypad Configuration window on the Lighting & Shades tab in Kaleidescape.

Also in v23.4.0.15294 of the Designer you cannot change the Device Name.

Also in v23.4.0.15294 of the Designer you cannot change the Device Name.

That is indeed inconvenient, especially considering the additional limitation of being unable to change the Device Name in this version of the Designer software.
