    Locking blank screen

    We just started using vive, last week it was working (on my phone) this week when I select my controls I get a blank page with only an exclamation point. This seems to freeze the app and I need to restart.
    Information reads that I’m connecting to the Wi-Fi hub and the scheduled lighting Carrie’s on, but I can’t adjust anything.

    Hi Webster. Sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your app. Have you already tried restarting your phone and uninstalling/reinstalling the Vive app? Also, is your phone up to date to the latest operating system version?
